Pros

None at all unless you are favourited by the senior management or been in the company for 5+ years.

Cons

Be aware of senior management in Exeter. Complete liars and will go out of their way to lie and spread rumours to get rid of genuine employees for their own gain. Be aware, you are not working for a true flavour company if based in Exeter as the integration is not going as well as people think, will be a very long process.

Pros

Vacation benefits were great, workload was average.

Cons

US management was incompetent and only out for themselves. Many were so high on themselves and thought they were doing a great job, while the opposite was true. It was very clique-ish and if you weren't in the clique, then there was no chance of advancement. I routinely shook my head at many of the promotions while I was there, because it certainly was never due to ability. The able and hard working employees were the ones leaving, either by their own choice or by management's. Benefits were on par with the rest of the food industry, but wages were far lower. Inter-plant politics were a joke and were driving down morale and the business.

Pros

Good company as a whole, opportunity to be a great company all around if action is taken

Cons

Good employees are taken advantage of and therefore given more work, while the lazy employees slack off. The good employees get tired of being taken advantage of so they quit while other employees still slack off. They do not promote from within, they go with outside hires most of the time
