Pros
Discount after 90 days, fun customers, and fun seasonal product to sell.
Cons
Not enough new product to market, don't have the watches the customers are asking for. Product delays mean you can't plan your business effectively. Home office employees are overworked and their goals either do not support field goals or it will take forever to get things done. Everyone seems to have an opinion on some of the smallest things that don't seem to matter to the customer. Meanwhile supply budgets are treat things like ordering windex and ink cartridges like you are asking to remodel a store. Sales goals don't seem to match product launches or inventory levels making sales plan a challenge on many levels. Training provided is mostly checklists and videos, needs to be updated, and is borderline inappropriate. Pay structure for sales associates is appropriate for most markets, but key holders, ASM pay does not reward moving up, often times it is just a lateral pay move with slightly elevated responsibilities and doesn't encourage internal professional development. This doesn't provide a challenging environment, just trying to stop the loss of employee turnover.
