Discount on watches is good. Just be careful how many you buy because you are just giving money back to the company.

Cons

Poor pay, sick days are taken from vacation days. Management is scared of employees taking their spot. Inefficiently ran company.

Opportunity to grow within the company, transparent communication from bottom to management. Close knit, almost family like, working atmosphere. Management empowers staffs in solving store front issues and encourages staff to improve on personal development.

Cons

Can't think of any cons, I enjoyed working there so much. Wished I could have the same job since moving overseas.
