Pros

The once a year discount they give to the employees.

Cons

They don't understand luxury, need to be more generous with high dollar clients. The HR women is a Blonde African American lady who is very tricky. The Omega store plays favoritism, and the female Chinese Manager will throw you under a bus, even her mother for a promotion. Not an equal opportunity employer. Does not treat employees fairly.

Pros

50% Employee Discount after 90 days of employment.

Cons

-Very short and narrow ladders, so not much room for career growth. -No sick days -Start with 18 days "vacation" but they are really sick days as well -Not many company holidays, since this is a Swiss company, you only get Thanksgiving and Christmas off. -Swatch Group US does not encourage innovation, they merely do everything that Swiss Headquarters say. -Be careful, no one is truly your friend in Swatch Group..It's everyone for themselves. (Managers especially) -Pay is not competitive with market. -Work hours is 9AM-6PM (Lunch does not count as part of your 8 hours at work.
