Pros

They pay offer was great, half off watches is cool as well as great opp to travel

Cons

A very gossipy "He said She said" organization. Took a position here after a decade of success at a larger company and within my first month my work ethic and honesty was directly questioned, in fact I was called a liar on a conf. call, with HR on the line, and the HR rep did nothing, despite the fact that ever allegation against me was untrue, and I had/have documented proof. Wasted a month of my life (actually two as it took 5 conf. calls over a month to get the gig).

Pros

The name looks good on resume. Layoffs are non-existent, because people usually quit after 1-2 years of employment. If you want stability, here is good. If you are a manager you will have an Administrative Assistant (company calls it Coordinator), they are there to make your life easy.

Cons

Very few holidays (New years, memorial day, Independence day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and christmas) No MLK, President's, Columbus, federal holidays etc. No sick or personal days. Must use vacation days as sick days. Too many young people being hired, it's like a daycare. Pay is so-so. Accountants do a lot of trivial task like approve expenses. Company seems to be large since it is global, but the office is a satellite office to support HQ in Switzerland. Worker bees! If you are in marketing, you have no flexibility to market anything. Everything needs many approvals. Switzerland does the marketing planning and we would just execute it.
