The company gave a very good monthly salary, plus bonus in Christmas time was also very pleasant. Sometimes we wouls get a gift from the company.

Cons

Extense working hours, sometimes with ilegal shifts in between. They would prefer you to work 12 hours a day, sometimes not having anyone with you wich limited your bathroom or meal break. They had this policy where they would not contract more than 4 people for each store, so you can imagine what holidays or vacations would be like.

Worked to the bone, they aren't concerned about your wealth fare. will always ask for more than you can give or are payed for.
