working in an international team fulfilling interesting & challenging tasks day by day high commitment of employees with a good culture and atmosphere fun because of young colleagues

Cons

too high workload with a too less salary structure is of historical growth, processes are not defined (to have a good existing network is a key) location in the middle of nowhere in most of the countries, where Swarovski is based

Love the people - all staff are lovely. And the products of course. It is so much fun seeing all the new pieces . Also we get great discounts!

Cons

From the amount that is expected of you..working for one of the top brands in the world- the pay rate is not fair in my opinion
