- Structured - Clear processes, uniform across company - Lots of training for product knowledge and sales techniques - Great discount

Cons

- There was not a computer system being used for recording KPIs when I was there, so all this was done by hand, taking up a lot of time.

Love the history Customer service does back you up generally with upset customers as long as you are polite and do what you can do

A lot of turnover because there is not a whole lot of support the pay is not great for the experience they require you to have to be considered

acting as very local company, not like an international company. changing management and strategies so often that not even giving chance to see if the change is working
