Pros

Very chic environment, mess free job but physically demanding. You get commission (commission is 1-2% after you make a certain minimum sales amount/ hour). You usually get commissions on holidays (Christmas, Chinese new year, ...) because costumers buy more.

Cons

The amount you need to sell in order to qualify for commission is usually impossible. Meeting your hourly sales goals are hard. I worked in one of the busiest locations and it was still challenging to meet the sales goals. Do not count on commission because returns are considered minus your sales. Very stingy company overall. There is a vibe/ pressure that you need to buy the products too.
