The dress code needs to be addressed. There are visuals that objectify women’s bodies and shame women of certain sizes telling women if you’re of a certain size you should wear certain clothes: i.e. cover up more. Where as if you’re “petite” you can wear mini skirts or shorts with tights. Dress code has been around for a while and it’s only a matter of time before the company is shamed for their attitude towards women’s bodies.

Not Many that I can think of. Company laptop and phone.

Cons

Terrible work environment. Very disorganized. Sales/National Accounts team was so disfunctional. Office Morale was lacking and saw much turnover. New layout of office space was terrible. People were not happy to be there. Worked at the NyC offices.

Benefits aren't too bad, that's almost all I can think of now.

Cons

Management is terrible, things are handled badly, micromanaging, authoritative. Brand thinks it is some premium exclusive high and mighty brand but hello, things have changed. Swarovski is no longer perceived that way. You need to get with the program or another P brand will take it all away.
