Pros

The work is not too challenging and the store is nicely sized so that you won't have run around too crazy to provide customers with a seamless experience. There is a good training and on-boarding system.

Cons

Some of the promotions and regulations make no sense. The warranty policy really spoils customers and is a waste of time for both - instead of encouraging endless exchanges, the company should really produce a higher quality product.
