Pros

There is a great culture for learning at the lower levels. They really focus on growing their own leadership from within. Great employee review process and mentorship. When you reach the higher levels, there is obviously more pressure to deliver. If you're a self-starter and a creative individual, you will go far.

Cons

There was some restructuring when I was with the company which created a culture of fear.

Pros

The company still treats people like family, and that is a very difficult thing to find in today's market place. It's also a great company because you can take the initiative to bring new ideas into play.

Cons

I don't think in today's market place there are many cons. My experience was always that they treated their employees respectfully.
