Beautiful Stores, good company policy, limited hours!

Amazing product, low stress, interesting client base, beautiful Stores. Lots of Independence for the most part. Usually small teams leading a store.

Cons

Part time hours can be limited during non peak seasons, working holidays, etc. Store associates may not work with a large team, so you might be on the floor by yourself.

Easy job. Fun product and experience. I really grew with the company, both personally and professionally. The new manager is super nice, I just can't take the changes.

Shes changing every little thing and I can't take it but starting new things should go smoothly for you :)
