Horrible place to work for. Managers don’t know what they are doing. They expect you to open and close as a part time employee with $18 an hr. No security. Usually 1 employee scheduled.

Salary is ok. Large corporation so other roles in European teams are better.

Cons

Very toxic work culture. Almost cult like. UK team management is like being at school. Very negative to those who don’t fit in or follow. Classic small minded people who specialise in poor management tactics & pretend to focus on wellness & work life balance but ultimately keep pushing for more results ending in burnout for many. Very clique like. Swiss office has a more positive culture. European teams have a very positive culture & good client relationships. Just UK that is terrible. The MD only wants to impress senior management and HQ, and plays the game at the cost to his own people.
