Can't think of any because my departure was in amicable.

Cons

You stand around until a customer enters the store and then you run to attack them for a sale, force them to try something on, and get blamed if they don't make a purchase. I regarded this company highly until I worked there for the time that I did. What I learned about the materials compared to the prices of the products just did not match up and I would not sell that jewelry in good conscious. Management itself was highly unprofessional and closed to feedback or input from employees.

- good pay - gets busy which means shift doesn't feel too long

Cons

sometimes managers can be unreasonable. not easy to get a full time contract. some managers expect you to wear heels for a whole day.

Cons

honestly, cant really think of any cons for working at Swarovski. managers have an open door policy and listen to your scheduling needs.
