The culture is awesome, every piece of jewelry has a story. The discount is awesome, they provide a lot of training and if you exceed sales goal then you get bonus.

Cons

Like anything retail, the hours. Part-timers can only get 20 hours, would have liked the ability to pick up more hours during the summer or winter breaks.
