Where do I start Highly toxic - where managers are allowed to treat those reporting into them like crap. Weak HR structure - Rarely any support from HR Lack of systems and infrastructure to support controllers ( lots of manual processes) Leadership is not concerned with the growth and development of employees only the bottom line

Pros

It may seem the store is dead and they won't give you hours but since they have ongoing sales around the year, you can expect to get a good amount of hours on average plus they have a small team so they NEED you. The team was amazing to work with, made it worthwhile. Great learning experience as you actually have to put yourself out there and speak to customers rather than just replenishing/cashing or fixing shelves.

Not the best manager and of no help especially when it's busy Needs more diversity Bad at scheduling staff Stop micro-managing
