Thank you for your valuable feedback. We appreciate it very much. In order to retain its strongly competitive global position, Swarovski continuously looks for ways to improve and adapt its business and processes to stay one step ahead. In this context, Swarovski is currently working on a global initiative that aims to ensure that the Finance & Administration function stays a high performing partner, positioned to support Swarovski’s ongoing success. Changing ways of working naturally includes a learning curve, which holds true for transformations just as much as for IT driven changes such as new tools or systems. We therefore count on your understanding and support in helping crucial knowledge being shared and new knowledge being acquired. Because together we do sparkle best!"

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. At Swarovski, we truly value constructive employee and customer feedback, both positive and negative. We understand that flexibility in scheduling is important to employees, and it is always our goal to accommodate our employees’ busy lives as much as possible. Our hope is to make each individual employee, from our stores to our corporate offices, feel that they are valued, as they are help turn light into delight every day. You mentioned sometimes the rhythm is slow and there are not so many customers in the stores during the day. We would like to assure you this is in part due to the nature of retail, customers tend to shop more on the weekends and have more choices these days on how they can shop, online or in store. We pride ourselves on taking an omni approach to our retail business and offer our customers options on how they shop. Once again thank you for your feedback and we are looking forward to welcoming you in our stores again - as a colleague or as a customer.
