Pros

I enjoyed the work environment and the brand has a great image. I wish the cons didn't exist, I would have love to stay. Staff in RI was genuine. Good benefits and even more if you live in RI.

Cons

Position lacked direction and challenges. Co-workers didn't provide any guidance and were reluctant to answer questions. Sales team preferred to work independently and didn't support this role.

Pros

Most of the employees are friendly and hard workers, especially at the lower levels.

Cons

Upper management is sometimes placed in their positions due to their relationships and not competence or knowledge of the position. Systems were state of the art for the 1980's but not today. For certain segments, there is no clear plan for the future. Things and operations can change at a whim, often without notifying the segments being effected.
