Autonomy and minimal micromanaging if you meet corporate set goals. Freedom to connect with outside businesses Near complete control of staff hiring and training

Cons

Bonus are all or nothing; multiple metrics must be met to earn a single bonus amount One poor month of revenue has corporate micromanaging all variable expenses Company is moving away from a customer centric model to a cost reduction model

Great employee discount Positive company good environment if you love food and cooking

Cons

Doesn't do much to encourage sales associates to stay - despite the effort associates have to put in to gain product knowledge. Could offer transportation stipends to employees who work at locations with no available free parking, where public transit costs add up quickly (especially on a barely-above-minimum wage hourly pay rate).
