Pros
There is a good discount of 40% off everything and 40% a item with a plug every mouth. One free class a month which is nice to have.
Cons
Upper management is horrible because some can be very inconsiderate about your culture and may say very inappropriate comments to you about your culture and race. Very little training is provided for all employees even management. There are little to no raises only one given was a 2% raise to all employees. There is very little room for promotions. things are going down hill the overall culture of the store is very grim. No one is happy anymore and sales are not at there best. Not very comfortable place to work at. Also, there are little hours given to a point of sometimes having only four hours a week. Except during the holidays where as a part time employee you may receive over 35 hours a week.
