40% discount. In general great people to work beside.

Cons

Lack of formal training. Dropped in and struggle learning zillions of products, making minimum wage, poor management, people who are obviously not doing the jobs they were hired for are not reprimanded. In one case a slack employee was promoted. No calls no shows are not written up. Friends of the manager get special treatment. Hard work is rarely recognized. The little person doesn't matter, sell sell sell! Constant fight for hours.

At first it is great, after a few months it goes south

40% discount off all items, flexible shifts, relatively easy workload. $9.75 an hour wage

Cons

Consistently refuse any time-off without reason or notice, will amend shifts without notice. Management play favorites in regards to hours allocated to each individual and time-off requests. Guaranteed zero hours per week. Pressure to collect emails for coporate is silly, and to sell high priced items such as vitamix, wuhstof and Jura so management looks good to corporate.
