Pros

40% discount. In general great people to work beside.

Cons

Lack of formal training. Dropped in and struggle learning zillions of products, making minimum wage, poor management, people who are obviously not doing the jobs they were hired for are not reprimanded. In one case a slack employee was promoted. No calls no shows are not written up. Friends of the manager get special treatment. Hard work is rarely recognized. The little person doesn't matter, sell sell sell! Constant fight for hours.

Cons

- Low pay with no opportunity for advancement, not a career path - Sometimes kitchen is understaffed, putting a lot of pressure on you
