Fun atmosphere. Hours are flexible and shifts are normally between 4-5 hours long. Great discount.

Cons

Minimum wage pay and can be a lot of physical work, depending on the class size and type.

Pros

Employee discount is pretty decent, even if the pricing starts higher than other places. Also, it pays pretty well if you're not married or trying to start a family.

Cons

Management is never in the loop. Direction from higher up the ladder is convoluted and constantly changing to conflicting messages. There is no clear focus communicated. District level management seems to have no idea what they are doing, and in some cases brow-beat their managers so badly that I have seen a majority of them leave, one after another.
