-having to force star buys down customers throats -area managers and above talk to less superior workers as though they are worthless -minimum wage -no progression -pharmacy can get away with anything, they are given hours, locum staff etc, while shops floor staff are left to suffer ring short staffed -3 years in a row hours were cut from all member of staff except management and they can take up to 25% off you without your consent. -no support from area managers and above -pharmacy training is a joke. I was on pharmacy for a year and my training (which should have been completed in 3-6 months was never completed) -pharmacy only care about online doctor service, actual customers in the shop are not seen as important at all. -HR don't complete grievances and investigations properly often with no outcome letters being sent to employees -data protection and confidentiality of both staff and customers is constantly breached -seems as though the lower down you are the less important you are -higher managers (especially pharmacy) constantly lie to cover their own backs -company only cares about profit and how much money they make
