hours not flexible and given ridiculous shift with very little notice. - feel like you've committed a crime if you ask for holidays

Well as I said the people, the discount is also good 30% on Superdrug brands and brands that only we do eg MUA, 10% on everything

Cons

They will call up at any time and ask me to work, since im 17 im only paid 4.62 an hour, 4 hour shifts, can't do voids, unorganised, no extra pay on bank holiday and I am expected to work every Sunday

Usually friendly people to work with. Holiday bonus which is good because its an average of the hours youve worked over the last 12 weeks - which is good if youre on a 4 hours contract but work much longer hours.

Cons

Minimum wage compared to similar roles for other retailers and little opportunity to progress. Company tries to cut corners wherever possible, very monotonous.
