Some great teams out there - but very rare to find.

Cons

Extremely low wage for supervisors - if your not part of the management click such as store managers / area managers you are very unlikely to progress No recognition for the work you put in. The company want you to do everything and beyond but give nothing in return for staff. Beyond stupid mangers who are in charge of stores who have no clue at all. The company are not showing any sign of improvement at all. Constantly Cut hours but still want amazing customer service with minimal staff in stores - but yet they will spend unnecessary money on other areas that don't need funding.

Some great teams out there and big ideas.

Cons

No one cares at all if you are doing 6 out of 7 or 7 out of 7 days a week unless you are a favourite. You can give all of you energy to the company and unless the area manager likes you you get nowhere. Also prepare to watch people less qualified and hard working than you get the benefits.
