Pros

Great people,most of your colleagues are fab. Team spirit is very evident in all areas of the business. Senior Management have a clear vision of where to take the business.

Cons

The clear vision is based on squeezing the store staff until they squeal, workload wise and driving costs down by any means.

- Friendly staff - Nothing really challenging about the role (apart from being on your feet all the time, but it is retail) - Most aspects of the role are easy to learn/pick up - 10% branded products 30% their own branded products

Cons

My first job was not trained properly, no set shift patten working different hours each day, below average pay, don't get paid for breaks not even 15mins which I'm pretty sure is breaking the law.
