Pros

Managment is down to earth and understanding. Really knows how to support their team through work related and personal highs and lows. Friendly enough enviroment to work in. Always something to laugh about.

Cons

Certain team members behave quite childish at times which can make for some tense moments. Threader has gotten too big for her boots. The pay could be better and unreasonable lateness and absences need to be clamped down on - it makes everyone else's shifts harder.

Get to know all the latest products and learn about the Mary Gober customer service which will change the way you think and deal with people and how to keep yourself in the black! If you're looking to progress in the company you need to work hard and put yourself forward for positions and opportunities. I worked in a number of stores, management varies but the sale staff make everyday worthwhile!

Cons

Rotas are up at short notice at times, your hours will vary weekly due to low hour contracts and minimum wage.
