At first the managers were welcoming and willing to guide you, companies ethics was also a plus.

Cons

I was told I was working a certain shift that I wasn't on more than one occasion and then got blamed for it, a lot of the training is done online and takes hours, I did have a paid training day but I've yet to be paid for it. Also one of the managers was constantly horrible to me simply because I had the nerve to ask for help, and essentially turned everyone in the workplace against me for no reason. Pay for under 21s is bad, especially for London.
