      at least its a paycheck

      Cons

      clean room = only if being audited or visited by upper echelon personnel, quality = gag, no hand washing , wipe grease etc , pick up off of floor wipe off pack coworkers = discriminatory, bias, prejudice, favoritism

      Pros

      Nice new building. Good business potential but undermined by the "cons" below. Good place to coast till retirement.

      Cons

      Incapable of getting its acts together. Poor IT infrastructure. Poor organizational structures. Not able to attract young and more capable staff. Lots of incapable old staff. Ultra weak owner and management. Everyone is just there to please the owner, and thus keeping their own jobs, leading to 'Yes men' culture.
