Pros

A salary, if you are desperate. Opportunities for consultants and agencies. Newish building with plenty of parking spaces.

Cons

Poor leadership at all levels, with little appreciation for "marketing" & sales employees and the accomplishments achieved . Individuals are consistently degraded and demoralized in "team" meetings by top and senior leadership (assuming they show up and pay attention). Lack of trust and significant job dissatisfaction among many. Future business growth will be a challenge. Eating lunch at your desk is not allowed and company ownership does not support working from home.

To start of, the Brand G.U.M. a solid and trusted brand. A Lead team that is working on shaping the future of the Organization, and making you feel part of it. If you are proactive and want to make a difference, this place is for you. Benefits are excelent

Cons

Change doesn't happen overnight, in any company. So patience is the key: the company is headed in the right direction
