Pay is great (IF) you can get them to actually pay you what the work load is worth

*Pto (but don’t expect to be able to use anything more than 2 days back to back) *Working lunches so don’t pack anything you aren’t willing to eat on the sales floor cold! *NO WORK LIFE BALANCE *You will work EVERY shift if someone calls out *No “annual” raise *Leadership has clicks and is shady *THIS IS A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANYTHING IN WRITING BECAUSE THEY CANT HAVE YOU CALL THEM OUT ON LIES

Pros

Casual staff members were helpful and went above and beyond while working in a horrible environment.

Cons

Company regularly breaks the law. Are happy to put their employees at risk every day. Underpaid for the work that I did and was expected to do. Advised by my area manager that they don’t pay overtime, which is illegal considering most store managers had to work past their scheduled times due to staff calling in sick/arriving late.
