Commission, discounts, product training and raises. Generally friendly customers and able to balance work and life pretty well.

Cons

SLOW to put out fires, internal theft, massive shrinkage numbers, fake cameras, bad regional management, altering goals if you exceed the managers sales numbers

SGH offers the ability to make some good money for a general sales associate if you have a good work ethic. Basically you get paid 1 - 5% commission on sunglasses that can range anywhere from about $100 to $400.

Cons

Annoying POS system that sometimes will crash during shut down. Also, secret shopping evaluation criteria does not always examine the best selling techniques.
