Discounts are ok you get a free pair for your anniversary. Relaxed atmosphere to a point.

Cons

Company leads with fear driven leadership. Corrective action if you breath wrong. Doesn't support the associates when it comes to shrink. The company expects associates to stop thieves from stealing on single coverage.

You feel professional but not restricted, where you can let your personality shine, be it through clothing or how you interact with customers. The benefits and perks are fun if you love being in style and/or protecting your eyes.

Cons

It's a sales job. But a customer walking in means you're halfway there. Need to be mindful of the sales duties that the company outlines.
