To work here, one has to be flexible to an extreme level. Work/life balance is an ideal, not a practical reality. The only predictable thing is change, which can be stressful.

I really enjoyed working with the people. The product was bullet proof. Very strong distribution network I really enjoyed the pool and the gym as well. Sullair has always taken care of their employees.

Cons

I really do not have anything negative to say other than when UTC owned Sullair it was run very lean. It is getting better. Accudyne is aggressively hiring talent.
