Pros

Work from home however management does not like that. Also if you actually want to make money, this is your only option because you will be underpaid and overworked it stationed in MCI.

Cons

Unclear direction and goals. Management sets a marginalizing tone and does not provide the tools for success and refuses to listen to employees. There is a serious disconnection between service, quality, and engineering.

New management with good direction. Streamlining new product launches. Sullair also developed a system to work very closely with customers. It is working very good so far.

Cons

remote location and not much to do in a city. It is on the border of Indiana and Michigan. it is not too far from big cities like Chicago.
