Still one of the best companies in the area to work for. That is because there are so few other jobs in this area.

Cons

There are now offices in Chicago. This is where the president's office as well as marketing, sales, and some engineering functions reside. It is very hard to design with engineering being in two places and neither one talks well to the other.
