      Pros

      This company has a lot of transparency and they're releasing quarterly reports and board meetings summaries and sharing a lot with all the employees. There's a great habit of weekly all hands where all questions can be asked and C levels are providing answers

      Cons

      Sometimes they're too transparent on sensitive things that i think should be dealt on a personal level with each employee.

      New tech company that is continually growing its tools and assets Values it's users opinion and perspective Giving its user base tools to grow and allows them to make their dreams and achievements come true

      Cons

      Growing pains, lots of oversight on how things should be handled. Reactive over proactive decision making Lots of tools for user base, not always fully functioning or repaired for users Priority is always at next innovation over working on what is already in play. Some teams are viewed as "better" than other departments or receive higher priority than others
