A sinking ship - Do not recommend!

Pros

You can work remotely, great people in the company, and working with content creators is very rewarding.

Cons

Horrible managers, they fired over 30% of the company even though they raised 100M dollars. No work-life balance, and almost no women in a management positions. They fired most of the Veteran employees in order to rehire them in cheaper countries. Promised us several times there will be no more layoffs but that was a lie to keep us from looking for new jobs.

Pros

Nice colleagues, although it's very divided between remote vs in office flexible work schedule due to remote work good pay

Cons

No shared vision amongh remote employees, bad communication top to bottom no transparency about situation of the company, decision making etc Inept leadership that changes course so often it's confusing literally everyone a few leadership hires that turned out to be a disaster for the business side constant change of goal posts without any communication company collected 100m funding in 2021 and managed to fire 60% of it's employees one year later, quite the achievement

Pros

- Flexible work model; you can decide when to come to the office and when to stay at home. - Interesting Product - Fast Interviewing process

Cons

- There is constant chaos in the teams and no clear definition of the roles in the teams - A lack of clear vision of the top management in the business and product directions - Often not right people are hired or promoted to specific roles because of Nepotism - There is a tiny percentage of women in the company; it feels very make dominated
