      Pros

      Real "Creators First" company, building a free tool for Live streamers (that other companies changes money for) and also work hard to get creators to earn money but running campaigns. People are super friendly, always jumping to help. Great benefits Love working from home

      Cons

      People are all over the globe so sometimes it's harder to communicate due to time differences Campaigns run over weekends, which may require attention at that time, but I knew that before joining Shift in strategy is painful at times since people had to be let go
