Good initiatives stablishing a culture, trying to create a fun work environment People share knowledge and are in general hard-workers The company is growing a lot and have a nice infrastructure

Cons

No stability at all. Dozens of people are let go and don't even understand why. Top directors might not seem what is going on with the middle management of personal. A lot of great human resources are lost for petty personal reasons or bad micromanaging.

Tem bastante extra em campanhas, o vr e o plano de saúde são bons. Material pra trabalho nunca foi problema.

Cons

Burnout grande. Acúmulo de função exagerada. Falam que você vai ser auxiliar de logística mas vira motoboy. Telefone da empresa tem que ficar ligado com cliente te ligando de segunda a segunda até de madrugada. Alta carga horária tendo dia que entrava 7:30 e saia as 22hrs por semanas. Alto estresse. Você entra pra logística e te botam para ser VENDEDOR de seguro(coisa que os vendedores já fazem) e se você não vende a pressão de ser demitido é o tempo todo.Enfim não compensa se você não tiver realmente necessitado.
