Pros
The company has an amazing culture and vibe. The people you work with are all high level, competent, intelligent, creative. The salary and benefits are really good.
Cons
I was part of the first hires during the expasion time of the company and there was a lot of mistakes during that time. We were hire as "trainees", doing door to door sales, with the promise that will grow in the company really fast. Which wasn't true. They also sell the idea of breaking with big banks and really care about the small client when in the reality they act in the same way and you are ask to push the company and sell at any cost, even when it's clearly not good for that client to come to the company.
