Pros
You will have heaps of work, so yes, you will learn. Besides that it is a casual and young workplace. Not much more.
Cons
1) There are no processes. Company is currently a mess and employees are paying the bill for a terrible management. People work really hard, minimum 2-3 extra unpaid hours a day because everyone is overloaded. 2) Salary is really below the market average.CEO explanation is "we pay less so people get motivated to break through and outstand". Being honest, even if you do so you won't be paid a penny more unless you rebel. 3) Employees do their part and the company don't value them. Forget about compensation or bonus, long term partners will eat it all in stock options and give you a half-salary maybe.
