1. Good pay 2. Fun and fast paced industry so it’s never boring 3. Free company vehicle for a large amount of roles

Cons

1. No work-life balance - Expect to work 10+ hour days 2. Yearly raises should not be expected 3. Poor company culture from the top down 4. It’s an a good ole boys club and everyone is aware/jokes about it 5. Not much formal training so you’re expected to just learn and hope for the best 6. PLM review system is outdated and doesn’t accurately reflect employee performance - good luck figuring out what your yearly bonus might be 7. Expected to work during vacation

Bad leadership. Leader is very bad, and mean, not qualify to be a leader. Do not go to functional safety team, or you definitely will regret it. One by one leave this group, because of this bad leader.

Cons

No growth within the company. Stuck in the same role for really long time. Company is not working on innovative technologies while all other competitors are moving forward. Not so competitive salary
