      Pros

      Overwhelming opportunities to learn something new everyday. Lots of great people. Getting to see the products you worked on around the globe is very fulfilling.

      Cons

      Overwhelming workload on the engineering team. Performance review platform needs to be changed/updated. Stellantis has lost lots of impressive talent over the last year or so.

      Cons

      With the recent merger, in a state of transition. Lots of demands but not much clarity in terms of direction. Also, since working from home, the lines have been blurred for work hours, little work/life balance.

      Global large corporation, no shortage of work to do.

      Cons

      High workload, work life balance completely out of wack. Not easy to lateral to a different position within the company. High rate of experienced people leaving group. Mental health insurance is subpar.
