      Constant budget cuts and layoffs equals more work and more stress

      Not many Pros right now

      Cons

      IT Budget is constantly being cut. Teams asked to do more with less every year. Latest budget rule is decreased operating cost by 10% year over year. New bonus rules mean if the company doesn't hit 100% of aggressive targets zero bonus for all workers even if they met their individual goals. This company doesn't care about work/life balance, they just work you until you leave.

      Great benefits and company extended vacation days.

      Cons

      Poor management. Poor annual employee evaluation program. The union makes implementing improvements impossible. Management does not like to award hard work and success. Management looks for any excuse to not award a higher score than “5”, and if they can’t find one then they’ll make one up.
