No pros to being in the Accounting/Finance organization at Stellantis

Cons

Troubled company with a history of bankruptcies and mergers. They have not been a quality organization for a long time now. Leadership (managers, senior managers, directors) across all organizations need to be purged if this company wants to survive. So called leaders (senior managers, directors, etc.) within the finance org deliberately cause chaos and inefficiencies in order to get professionals to quit, and in doing so they ensure no other experienced individuals remain that could potentially replace them. They have no regards to people's livelihood

Flexible working hours and full remote working.

Cons

Management shifted too much, and with the multiple restructurings, we made no progress. Hardly any steps or discussions from management led to improvement, which made it feel pointless to gather and discuss anything with them.
