      Very good pay and excellent insurance

      Cons

      Keeps cutting jobs on the line which adds more work to others . Lack of adequate training on production line. Does not follow their own methods and standards for training, and quality control. Fails to conduct proper root cause analysis for quality, downtime and safety issues. Management tries to discipline first before conducting proper analysis cause low morale .

      Leadership continues to reduce regional headcount through sourcing to low cost countries then blames regional team for all the issues.

      Great products and brands. Good people. Huge headquarters building in Auburn Hills.

      Cons

      Leadership lacks original strategy. Mediocre HR, only care about leadership and barely bothers with regular employees. Poor compensation.
