Salary is above average. Some good projects to work on.

Cons

Management is extremely greedy and only cares for the shareholders/bottom-line. Employee well being is not only neglected but managers go on and force their employees to work long hours (60hrs+) for no additional pay. This is because they are incompetent and underbid on projects to get them in first place. Race to the bottom... Lots of politics and gaslighting in the company. They only need YES men/women. If you disagree, you will be gaslighted and micromanaged to make your life miserable. Management poaches good talent from other companies only to lay them off at the first sight of recession. Cheap!

Extreme micro managing Admin staff were an after thought Lack of flexibility and flexibility was only given to technical staff It got quite lonely as no one really interacts Felt I was looked down on my senior members of staff Lack of diversity
